Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is not rejected for fraud, technical error, prohibited content, unavailable fulfillment, or another legitimate reason. We may contact the customer when information is incomplete.
Customer-provided content
The customer represents that they have the right to upload and use each photo, name, message, trademark, or other submitted material. Content must not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
Artwork process
Personalized artwork is created by human artists. The customer receives a proof for review. Approval authorizes production of that proof. Minor differences between a screen display and a printed product may occur because of monitor settings, materials, printing processes, and finishing.
Prohibited requests
We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are displayed or handled according to checkout and destination rules. Payment is processed by a third-party provider.
Intellectual property
Customers retain rights in their original submitted content. Subject to full payment, the customer may use the delivered personalized artwork for personal purposes unless a product page or separate license states otherwise. Site branding, templates, software, and non-customer materials remain protected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, remedies and liability may be limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
