What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and features are visible. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots, and photos where the ears are cropped.
Will I see the artwork before it is printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval. Your order includes one complimentary revision before production begins.
How long does an order take?
We do not publish an unapproved numeric turnaround estimate. Your private order page shows actual proof, approval, production, and delivery status.
Can you include more than one pet?
The first release supports one pet per portrait. Multi-pet compositions will be added as a premium option.
